That's one way to look at it. Another way would be that lower production volume for matte screens means higher per unit cost, so they have to make up for this with the additional $50.

It would be more helpful if you actually described what ZSH does differently that solves the problem without manual configuration.

If you can extract computing power out of IP checksums, you should be able to extract a lot more from cryptographic handshakes, like say SSL. Is this SHA1 valid? Let’s ask Amazon.com. (Actually I think they run an MD5 variant of SSL, but

You've got it exactly right. There's even a term for such "excess liquidity" that everybody knows: inflation. The Fed Funds Rate is supposed to rein in this kind of behavior, but I wouldn't hold my breath for the next couple months.

First of all, I would strongly recommend you read Doug Crockford’s, JavaScript: the Good Parts . JavaScript has a lot of quirks and rough edges, but please do not try to use a language in a professional capacity without learning it first.

Yes, I agree it's worth clarifying the labels on the buttons. Detailed info what unsubscribe involves might be useful as well. I'm just brainstorming about the implementation concerns behind this feature.

Like I already explained: you have to treat all further email to the current address as spam after you unsubscribe. You completely ignore what I wrote and repeat OP's point without making an argument.

Think about it this way: when you attempt to unsubscribe, you are in effect telling the mass marketer that this is a live email address. As in, there's an actual human being reading these emails. Such live email addresses are very valuable

How feasible would it be to load all your CPU cores and the GPU at the same time? Could you just fork off a thread for each core with some SIMD instructions? With 2-8 cores combined, they should be able to give you at least a 10% increase i
