Shining under different light (e.g. IR) is nothing new. I think it was Soviet paint on tanks that was highly visible early in WW2 through a filter.

Wow, that makes no sense.

I like the macos input a lot, by some accents are missing. I filed feedback, but that's a black hole. Is there a a way to replace the characters it uses?

Is there some software (macos) to regularly create screenshots throughout the day? Preferably if it merges it into a time-lapse. I could probably create something with cron, but maybe a neater solution already exists.

Recently stayed in hotels in Seattle and Sunnyvale, CA for a few nights. The one in Seattle greeted us at the reception with "we don't do room service", even though we were staying for a week and it was about 300/night.

Not surprising, given the crazy inflation in EU in some countries. I know US also has inflation, but do far it looked (to me) much worse in the EU.

I think your math is off. 0.0001% of US population is only about 300 people, so about 6 per US state. :)

I have the Proxxon micromot. Not bad, but not great either - it wobbles a bit. Could be user error, though.
