Had a 2006 or so XC90, everything was great. Now driving a 2016 XC90, had one issue with the engine cooling, was repaired in a day, 0 issues otherwise.

I do appreciate the article though - was thinking about repurposing a M1 MacBook for games for kids and this tells me it is a better idea to sell it and get a different computer instead, maybe a second hand workstation for cheap.

Don't bother with thunderbolt 4, go for USB 4 enclosure instead - I've got a Jeyi one. Any SSD will work, I use a Samsung 990 pro inside. It was supposed to be the fastest you can get - I get over 3000MB/s. Here is the rabbit
