I think that's what Google Photos do when you share (at least by link). Would be nice if photos accessed on Android had their location stripped, if the app doesn't have location access.

My wrists hurt badly when I was using the 2015 MBP. I was probably "holding it wrong", but still, putting a sharp edge there...

I find the one built into chrome good enough to not bother paying for a different one.

And even if they are at the beginning, they can randomly be removed later. E.g. Adobe Lightroom, which I pay a subscription for, had the option of moving to a fully paid version (which was able to open data from the subscription). However n

Subscription is great for the company "selling", might be fine for other companies paying it, but I absolutely despise it as an end-user/private customer and will do everything I can to find an alternative (e.g. with a single

Yes, makes sense. I think it case of Austria, there are fines specified for dashcams, so it's interesting they decided to use the GDPR instead.

But shouldn't the fine then be using the dashcam law and not GDPR?

I honestly don't see how "using a dashcam illegally" is such a big deal, nor how "hundreds of recipients" on an email are a big deal. The email list seemed to be just rants. I wish they would tell what the harm of b

It's the same on phones, other tablets and for many apps also on windows and mac OS. You can use a native app or open a browser.

That's possible. I switched from a MacBook Pro 15 and the slate is much much lighter and has a much better keyboard. Perhaps lowest bar.

I love my pixel slate, best tablet/laptop I ever had. Such a shame. The screen is great, the keyboard is surprisingly good and it's awesome to be able to ditch the keyboard for a while when reading docs etc. Linux and Android apps

When growing up in post-communist eastern Europe, I was a huge fan of such laws. Ill-gotten gains, many rich people with unexplained wealth. Partially tax evasion, but largely theft and receiving bribes. Especially for corrupt politicians,

If you have photos app installed and enable syncing, there is no change, it will continue to upload your photos. The change is (AFAIK) that they will only show up in photos in the future, not in drive (if you enabled that).

Exactly. Many of us loved the old Mac Pro. Great that the iMac and Mac mini works for many, some of us just don't like them. Apple is in their right to build computers they want, we are in our right to not buy them and complain they no

I've seen some in Germany (e.g. Pick flowers, put coins into the box), but I like the ones I found in Switzerland more - larger selection including fruit, vegetables and eggs. Maybe I just got lucky.
