Hangeul is not an alphabet. It's an alphabetic syllabary. ㄱ is one character but it needs to be composed into a final glyph like 각, which require 2+ characters. 가, 각, 갉. 뷁. Kanji (not to be confused with Hiragana or Katakana) are diffe

Yes. You have two main options, among others. 1) choose to focus on the sensory input you’re receiving. The view of the scenery around you, the noise around you, the wind on your skin. Cars and their passengers can be interesting in their o

No, but programming languages exist in English, which is used by more than 15 people. Esperanto is a very interesting language but it will never be more than a plaything, a linguistic experiment, or a framework for people to learn a languag

Because this argument is tone deaf and ignores that kids are, well, kids . Actual adults have terrible security practices. Are you seriously trying to hold kids, who had no choice in the matter, to the same security standards? They’re kid

For what it's worth, Rust will soon improve its linking stage by switching to ldd, as part of upgrading to LLVM 4.0. From what I've read ldd can dramatically reduce the time needed.

I must be in the minority then, because rust's syntax doesn't bother me in the least. The only exception is the method::<Type>() that's sometimes necessary. When I write or read rust code the symbols just sort of disapp

I did mention Failure/Snafu, but there are two problems with it: 1) The state of "how best to handle errors" keeps on changing. It was error_chain, then err-derive, then Failure, now Fehler or Snafu.. I would like to see this

The way Go handled errors is why I made the decision to go with rust as my hobby/personal-open-source-projects language. It was just extremely tedious, despite Go being nice overall. I love how error handling is done in Rust. Yes, impl

If enough people use literally in that manner than it is indeed correct. This is how language works, regardless if you like the change or not. Languages are always evolving and dictionaries reflect that.
