I like it a lot, apart from getting my habit checked off, I like the feeling that it gives me when I hold down and complete my habit for the day

I would love to see more guides on how to make vim more like a knowledge/mind notes app like Notion/Roam. I've been on and off looking for something like that.

Yeah idk why someone would type in the full URL of a site and not just the term they're looking for in a search engine...what a dumb way to test that on their part.

would using Tailscale to let my Plex server have a consistent connection be a good idea or is that a use case for this service?

Went through this same cycle back in 2017-2018 and I realized that I didn't have enough energy to keep up with all the news popping up and some seemingly spiking the price of a crypto while other news just as juicy/valuable/h

I am impressed by how quickly the page loaded, looked at the source code and what do you know? No modern UI library being used, semantic class names and not a lot of code being loaded. I'm impressed by the simplicity!

Echoing the family plan, I would love to have my family use the search engine but at $10+ per person, it doesn't make sense.

Working with Prisma on a side project, migrations are a pain. Rails' migrations were so easy to use. I am in the early stages of working on the side project so might even consider flipping over to Rails if this keeps getting messier.

Yes, 1000% this. I've found reddit and stack overflow to be way easier to search for content than slack/discord. Creating a subreddit for your app/service/topic is trivial and moderation tools are decent as wel.

I used to work on the localization team at my company. It's a pretty complicated world in itself. I was nodding my head while reading this and I think the biggest surprise I ran into is how not a lot of companies do a great job at loca
