Same here. His point of not fighting the market is true though. For me, by being a good people person, who can convince people and beging good at many things better than others gives me value no one else has. Dont be in the rat race i think

One problem is these areas are adding jobs but not housing. SF added 10 jobs for every house they built in the last decade, that gaurantees people want to live there and there wont be enough houses, ergo price increases.

Hippa only applies to medical professionals i believe. Employers can always ask for your medical records. This has always been the case.

The demand is coming from renters though. People are moving to Berlin. They need to build more houses or prices will go. Markets dont solve everything but they do here. Just ask tokyo how they got out of their housing crisis. Build More.
