They have found that small strobe lights mounted along fence lines work reasonably well. The lights are solar powered and free to ranchers... Oddly the ranchers that keep having run ins with wolf packs activity refuse to use any deterrents

I find it terribly amusing that e-waste is one of their arguments. Every Apple device I buy requires a new set of cables. I replace my hardware every the years... Almost as if creating waste wasn't really a problem for them as long as

I'm a straight male and I feel uncomfortable in parts of TN, WV, AL, GA. I go there to see family and I don't like it. I feel like some of these folks don't just dislike LGBT, they dislike everyone. Downtown Seattle at 4am in

Three plus per working day is not terribly hard, you just have to make smaller, more focused commits and be productive. Github claims I have 3,135 in 2017, 2,361 in 2018 and 1,855 in 2019. 7,351 in 3 years.

I agree in this case the author created this problem for himself by not following some norms, namely getting a non-refundable deposit for his time and energy. lesson learned for seller and a good reminder for the rest of us.

Why come up with new ideas and solve hard problems when you can just be the User for X and become a unicorn based no nothing but smoke, mirrors and clever accounting like WeWork?

As someone who has worked in affiliate marketing for 20+ years... 10 cents per clicks is very very very expensive and non sustainable. Many affiliate programs are getting thousands and thousands of clicks per day, there are solutions that c

Oddly enough, I still use pen and paper most of the time for smaller/solo projects. I've even written kanban boards and todo apps in the past, and there is a plethora of free ones available, I still prefer paper though.

Many things are not testable. Not sure I'd use that as a reason to judge someone down. In fact all the most productive teams I've worked on or with, don't have anywhere near full test coverage. The best had none in fact.
