lovable.app domain conveys the author isn't willing to spend money. There is no indication, none, who the money goes to. That raises doubts about 'permanent forever'. The error messages are in French.

There's a perma-link when you click on the date of the post. But you're right, on the 'Share' button they have 5+ options, none of them is "copy link" or similar.

If I recall all threads are closed for new comments after 14 days, it's not specific to "Who wants to be hired?" Realistically the job threads get eyeballs only the first few days, they're often not even on the frontpage
