get_iplayer is certainly more powerful than nip. However, afaik you cannot search for programmes by category with get_iplayer, which you can do with nip.

AFAIK the IntelliJ Rust plugin does not use the RLS, but uses an in-house solution. Completion works very well, Error reporting however is good but painfully slow.

it is my understanding that the bad C++ compilation speed is one of the reasons behind Go's inception. Go has a GC because its creators thought they needed one to support concurrency.

No, I mean that every chapter ends with exercises testing your knowledge about the chapter's contents. This is not specific to this github site. I've recently read the O'reilly Programming Rust Book, not a single exercise in

Exercises, I want Exercises, no I need Exercises. In order for me to learn anything, I need some form of "homework". If you want to teach me a new language, a new framework, I need to "get my hands dirty". Working throug

Dart is a perfectly fine opensource programming language with a familiar syntax. Is it perfect? No, but it's good enough. There is nothing about Dart itself that would remotely justify the shit it gets heaped upon here.

I was trying to say that one shouldn't expect a sober, reasonable discussion about pro / cons of any programming language here. (As every discussion of anything Go has amply shown)

Let's see. People hate Go, because it doesn't have generics and is missing dependency management. So, people hate Dart, because it has support for generics and comes with a package manager?

Same here. I love the keyboard friendliness out of the box, and especially how sparingly it uses vertical space. I like gnome3 visually, but some design choices by the gnome team I don't understand. While unity uses a global menu, whic
