it's a rare genre but i've used several music sites and recommendation engines that had spot-on choices. (last.fm, itunes, pandora, amazon, and that spiderweb-like thing i can never remember the name of, etc)

got 2 (way off) recommendations for my favorite band. my opinion is that this space is wayyyy too crowded (huge players involved) and to take any market share seems impossible.

i didnt mean anything bad by it at all. i feel having design skills on top of development is huge. especially since im sure there will be plenty more apps down the line - design costs can add up quickly. plus if you do the design yourself y

Myself. Photoshop is extremely easy to learn - mainly for regular web sites/graphics. Spend some time and read some tutorials. Get yourself very familiar with CSS. And begin scanning through CSS galleries to get inspiration. Sites like Vime

why would people want to talk to each other anonymously? instead of talking to my friends in person or on one of the other million social networks, I would want to speak to people I don't know anonymously?
