Say you go to the refrigerator store and they are selling fridges for $100 each, limit 10, or as stated in this store, limit $1000 in fridges. You give them $1100 to buy 11 fridges. They refund the excess purchase, which would be $100 or

Hopefully the folks whose desk this paperwork ends up on catches it and has the authority to just send back the $10k and transfer the other $10k to bonds.

They could purchase up to $10k in bonds. They exceeded that by $25 dollars. Each dollar or penny or half-penny is a separate portion of a bond in my mind, although I don't know how that works legally. So the excess purchase would be

I don't want to jump straight to calling animal control. They live right next to us and I intend to live here a long while. Someone else mentioned a device to make it hard to catch birds, which sounds like a good compromise if they i

I'll have to look into those! I don't want to be that dick neighbor calling the humane society on them, but they're also being the dick neighbor letting their cat run loose. We're 2 blocks off of a main road and people d

Being as we're in town and there are laws against letting the cat roam free, it would more be a discussion of your cat is chasing birds on my property. Do something about it.

We just moved here. I saw a Brown Thrasher on my wood pile. Bit of a weird place for one, but cool. Then I saw the neighbor's cat take a flying leap at it. Now I'm thinking it would be irresponsible of me to put out a feeder o

I'm missing the logic of the second 10k. He had already exceeded the limit. Why did he think that doing it again would change the outcome? It looks to me like he was going to get the extra $25 returned to him and have 10k in bonds.

How do you feel about a white guy who doesn't feel attracted to black women? Is he part of the marginalization of black women by choosing not to date them?
