It would be great if it was so easy. Sadly it’s not, because format=flowed is ignored by many email clients. See also: https://github.com/neomutt/neomutt/issues/587 Also this article: https://fastm

Mind articulating your point with words? The article explains why dark mode would not be desirable in most cases, and closes with a couple of examples where dark mode might be desirable. What’s that “Er” supposed to mean?

I love this blog and learned so much about the Unix toolkit and the philosophy behind it by reading it. Too bad it doesn’t seem to be much active anymore, but there’s a lot of great material in the archives that pretty much never gets old s

I’ve been lurking for months but don’t have an account yet. Do you (or someone else) happen to have an invite to spare? Would be very appreciated. Email in my bio.

I see your point, an h* would probably also be inappropriate. What would you use? Just a normal p tag with some styling?

Fritz!Box 7490 here, I love it to pieces. Best router I ever owned. But I agree that the admin interface is a bit too simplified and doesn’t allow for any advanced configuration.

Admittedly just bikeshedding, but the author is using a blockquote tag instead of an h2/h3 right under the h1 title for the summary of the article. Makes me think he probably doesn’t have that firm of a grasp on the fundamentals of sem

There are definitely several options, but I would recommend Pandoc to compile an epub from LaTeX source — off the top of my head. Images are not problematic at all on an e-reader. Here’s an example of how an illustration looks like on my ol

Looks great, thanks for sharing. Any plan to make an epub available? I’d love to read it on an e-ink display.

This got plenty of upvotes and the comments in here are mostly personal anecdotes. I’d like to point out a couple of things: 1. The author is the CEO of an online language learning company. That’s a strong indication that the article might

On the contrary, mapping caps lock to ctrl makes emacs keybindings super accessible! That’s exactly my point. I even disabled the backspace to force myself to use Ctrl-H instead. It’s all in the home row! Added bonus: on MacOS, emacs keybin

You should (look back). Mapping it to Ctrl is a much more sensible choice. Can’t imagine using backspace instead of Ctrl-h, or Ctrl-A/E to go to the beginning/end of line, or Ctrl-W to delete back one word etc. Of course, Ctrl-[ i
