Why do you think it's Heztner's responsibility to provide good service to DTAG's customers? If the connection between DTAG's network and Heztner's isn't good, shouldn't both networks work to improve the si

These aren't "tickets" in the normal sense where a fine is issued, they are "fix it" tickets where the owner has x days to remedy the defect. The only cost to the biker is time/money to swap the mufflers and th

Of course you can. It's a matter of perspective. From your viewpoint, someone else that has an opposing opinion has the "wrong" opinion. That's what GP was saying. Maybe it would have been clearer if they said "p

In Europe in general, blackface is more "acceptable" than in the US. It doesn't have the same cultural overtones, but I can't imagine that dark skinned people enjoy seeing it here either.

Oh, I agree. I was simply pointing out that as long California has it's stricter emissions rules, it doesn't matter what the EPA regulates since automakers will build to the California market since it is so large. If they remove t

It “helps” automakers. As it stands now, they only build to the California standards since it is too expensive to build two sets of cars. Until they do away with California’s stricter regulations, the loosening of regulations at the federa

Amusingly, this is the exact strategy explained by Ray Liotta's character in "Goodfellas" when the restaurant owner gets in bed with the Mob. Somehow it's illegal there.
