Classic media is easily organizable in a few bookcases. A few hundred handbags and coats? That is an incredibly large number. Could that not be reduced by an order of magnitude?

Agree - fraud is rampant in the current ad marketplace as well. Both with fake ad-clicks and malicious installs. Facebook, twitter and other native ads/sponsored posts are the cleanest ads.

Paying to browse, a terrible idea that has been tried before. Alladvantage.com raised about 200m on that idea. The wikipedia page isn't correct, they had a pyramid based payout system. Fraudulent users would create enormous numbers of

We always referred to them as the flaunters. They would carry a towel in hand, which was counter to my traditional towel wrapping technique. Basic qualification for the flaunters was grey hair.

I think the chasm we need to cross is accepting that anything "faith based" is an acceptable target of satire. Additionally, I think the satire adds a lot of value in constraining the absurdity. I don't strictly mean religion

I think that he is implying they are "muslim fanatics" not "religious fanatics". This is an important distinction if you are religious but want to pretend to yourself extremism only happens with muslims.
