The subtext to the requirement that only strong and willing passengers sit in the emergency row is not their ability to open the door in the event of an emergency, but to block the aisle and stem the flood of panicking passengers in the row

This is a part of our industry I do not follow beyond headlines. A lot of those headlines are about hackers trying to be responsible getting screwed out of supposed bounties that to my mind already appear quite small. Also responsible compa

Agreed. Rode for more than a decade in many different guises. Do not recommend. Road trips are nice, but even on largely open country roads fatigue is real and it is easy for experienced riders to have accidents. Commuting is not safe. Some

There are 2 types of C programmers: those who have read Van der Linden, and those who have not.

Except this implies that disagreement on any policies agreed upon by the two major parties is extremist. What is the solution to issues where both parties perpetuate the status quo? I would suggest reversing the Senate ballot 6 votes rule.

Compulsory voting does not imply a politically engaged populace. I believe the majority of voters do not enjoy the requirement to attend on polling day, and treat the whole affair like supporting a football team. Except they care a lot less

Agree. OP needs counselling ASAP. This is not his first comment like this. First, call whatever free service exists in your country (hopefully) or even one friend (try to pick only one). Just pick someone and tell them you need their help.

Out of curiosity, of which languages do you think programmers are the most fun to have around? This could be a really fun blog post, or descend into MBTI-style memes. I'd love to read a study about this. Perhaps tie it into probability

Excellent executive summary for non-executives. Some of these (client) companies are so afraid of code it's bewildering. It's almost like they don't trust themselves to test & maintain even small code bases. I've see

You are right, but that is a magnifier downstream from the cause. I'm scouring my memory here so apologies for incompleteness. Also this is a somewhat political issue and I'm not necessarily throwing my hat into the ring on this o
