Good post in general - a question though. "But we can go even further. How about household appliances? The fact that nearly every US home has a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer means far more Americans are able to work further

I agree there is a scene with the Groke when everything freezes and the moomins are inside their home.. That was freakishly scary. Other than than the Moomins are pretty great. I got the branded coffee cups now (even with the Groke!)

US Border control is always worse than any EU-country (as a white EU-resident I might add). We have lots of umlauts in our names äöå etc. which can seriously mess up you ESTA or travel booking unless you double and triple check :) But still

In Sweden that's public information except medical status. So I can call the IRS - get the date of birth and tax declaration, i.e. income from work and income from capital of anybody (except those with protected identity). Address and

My X-feed is better now than before . I don't use the website but the app so i haven't encountered the bugs you mention. But as always you need to curate the ones you follow to get a "for you" that's interesting.

Well to be fair if you add "validation" the turnaround for any noncomplex piece of software can reach months pretty quickly as well. But yeah I'm not gonna argue that sw isn't faster than hw in 99% of the cases.

I mean if "heat" is the primary product burning this is kind of nifty. And producing electricity at the same time is a bonus. Letting wood etc. rot releases CO2 as well.

We got that as well in Sweden - but we use water. Its part of the central-communal heating system that heats a large of the city.

? Why would it be suppressed for 99%? Yeah its harder to censor people out in the open. FB and Zuck hid it - but i believe he recently said he regretted doing that. I dont see how hiding your motivation and allowing free speech is in fact a
