I just sent this link to a friend of mine. He just crammed enough high school pre-algebra to get his GED. He is terrified of math, but realizes he has to learn it. I worry for him if he doesn't. He's 36.

As one who is also stereo blind, this makes me really want to try the Oculus Rift.

Thank you. I'm glad I'm not the only one who was distracted by that sentence. I barely skimmed the rest of the article.

I watched that a couple of years ago. I have never been able to look at a Steinway the same way since. The skill those workers have developed is impressive and inspiring.

No worries...I didn't infer that from your comment. Just sharing my own disgust with the NSA. Sadly, too many here in Utah support in the name of "bringing more jobs to Utah." They are willing to sell their liberty for a few extra jobs.

There are many of us Mormons who are deeply against this facility being built anywhere, let alone here in our own backyard.

The massive kinetic energy must be dissipated on impact. Some is consumed in displacing the material on the lunar surface. Some is converted into thermal energy, resulting in hot enough material to radiate energy in the visible spectrum.

Everything but engine sound. I will miss the deep, throaty growl of a large V-8.

Your second paragraph is a perfect explanation of the conflict at the core of the gun control debate. Well said.

It is possible, and likely will happen. However, the OP is completely relevant.

I fail to see how review and discussion of statistical information equates to politics. Facts are not political.

I agree. Too many people think that a "condition" frees them from all personal responsibility.

To answer your last question, yes. I work in Provo, and many of us here are LDS and many aren't. Most of us don't care who is and who isn't. Everyone gets along great. No one is left out and religious standing has zero affect on job status.

iProvo was 15Mb symmetric when it launched. I had it as soon as it was available on my street. Sadly, Utopia is a financial mess (even more than iProvo became).

This is actually quite interesting because Google is buying the existing iProvo network from the city and upgrading it.

I would agree. After I buy it, it is mine to deal with as I please.
