Bring back small time corruption. It’s reserved for the super wealthy in the US but if foremans could grease the wheels every now and again things go a lot faster. You used to get this for free in NYC as you had to bribe someone to avoid co

Centralized systems are very dangerous, moderation is a huge problem and has a massive chilling effect. I support civil discourse and disagreements, I actively want to see both sides and not just an echo chamber. We all have different belie

Maybe I’m getting old but the UX changes in newer versions of macOS turn me off. I’m still running Catalina but that has to change as it’s EOL this year. I use third party software to bring back some old behaviors but it’s an uphill battle,

Remember we are all human and cope in different ways. Authoritarian approaches are barbaric. Support groups and mental health should have been deemed essential. The true cost of lockdowns is finally coming to light.

Have a citation? I understand Elon isn’t the most popular figure here but my sense is this is adding fuel to fire and should be backed up.

What if twitter were so bloated they were effectively providing corporate welfare? Truth is we don’t know. I see it as someone is finally taking action to turn Twitter around. They’ve been floundering for years.

Vendor list pricing is absurd. Real story but using made up numbers below: I spoke with a vendor last week who came in at 500k. I told them my budget was 250k, price came back at 255k.

Private prisons shift the burden onto the inmates and often have subpar services such as food and cell hygiene. There’s a lot of hyperbole and incentives for the narrative to sound better than it is. Unfortunately I have experience from a f

Go to driving school. It’s more often the driver, not the car, that makes a difference. Active safety systems are a net meant to prevent a bad decision from turning into a worse one.

I am an independent and I do not support this bill. Can we please not make it sound so black and white? Republicans aren’t evil, and neither are democrats. Both groups exist and have the right to fight for their agendas. Accept it.
