I definitely think this would fall under the category of feature creep. I use Feedly for RSS. It works well. Easy to add new things to the feed, and doesn't take a lot of clicks to either read or remove stuff from the feed. They also h

I would say anything by Kate Gregory is good to watch. She talks about C++, but her talks are always fun, and easily digestible which I think are good goals to have for presentations. You want your audience to be engaged, and you want them

One of the big things for me is the maturity of the language. Also, what sort of support it has. For example, Microsoft is backing C# so that probably has a bright future.

Yeah, I paid $60 for YNAB4 back in 2015. I've already paid only a fraction of the price, and use it constantly. Subscription services don't seem like they cost a lot, but cost a ton.

As far as I know there isn't one. I still use YNAB4 because I don't want to "upgrade". I've been thinking about building my own budgeting system because the only real alternative seems to be excel sheets.

If you're looking for a stack for the purpose of increasing hire-ability then you might consider looking up the jobs in the area you're trying to get hired, and seeing what comes up the most. On the other hand, you could play arou

I use it for TV shows, and movies. It's my main source of television next to HBO NOW. I think I would only drop it if they added ads, hit the $20/month mark, or there was a legitimate competitor without ads. I would probably drop

I disagree that it used to have more quality content. Used to be it had a lot of old things, and not much of real value. Now it has a bunch of new things(not all great) where more, and more stuff of value is being added all the time. I do a

I agree with this. Additionally, a lot of QAs at my company are transitioning to a test automation role where they are writing/coding their tests in addition to their normal work.

I do a combination of this, and googling the company I'm applying for. Looking for examples of interview questions from that company, and also information about that company so I can ask questions about them.

I have not. Once had an interview where the CEO was in the interview for an entry level dev position. That was weird. Nothing where there was shouting. That seems very unprofessional.

Lose weight, track reading, vacation in Europe, keep a journal, drink more water, make more money, develop technical skills. So a few. Been working on breaking them down into manageable chunks.

I'm going through this one right now, and really enjoying it. Being able to learn at my own pace is great. The course is math heavy, but that's to be expected. I'm enjoying using Octave for the programming.

I think crypto is dead, and not coming back. I also think ML will continue to be a big thing, and a lot of startups will center around that. I don't think VR will make it big until the next generation of consoles. I don't think pe
