I'm sorry, I didn't mean to embarrass you. I only meant to point out that people would err on the side of John likely knowing what they were talking about, whilst you seem to confidently have some misunderstandings in your comment

Whilst it's possible you may be correct, I do have to point out you are, I believe, lecturing John Nagle, known for Nagle's algorithm, used in most TCP stacks in the world.

I noticed similar things, and found most these problems went away with more memory, and less usage of the "{}.features[]" in the `devcontainer.json` file.

Thr Dev Container ecosystem for VsCode really is quite impressive at the moment. All your dev dependencies, wrapped up in a docker image per repo.

Okay, so is the aim to run this locally on a client's computer or served from a cloud? How does the math work out where it's not just easier at that point to render it in game?

The video shows the entire elevator being engulfed in fire, fumes and light. It was a small lift, but I'd doubt any part of any normal lift would have a safe spot.

Key to note that the cookie banner fiasco wasn't GDPR, it was a separate policy that should be changed.

If by that you mean "is IaC production-ready yet?" my answer would be yes, I have lines like this in our code-base and it is really impressive.

We're pretty confidently letting AI drive 2 ton metal vehicles on the road, and letting them fly around in the sky with grenades. A farmer-bot with a laser sounds pretty tame to me.

I agree, and I'd hazard a guess that part of my slow-down was not knowing Ruby very well when starting. But the lack of intellisense made it difficult to grok, and the Rails libraries always feel more "magical" to me than the
