Why does it take longer to ship a general fix / update? They don’t do a full regression for the studies fix? Update mechanism doesn’t check for updates as often? I couldn’t find any information on this yet but would love to know.

A rant this is. Send them in. You‘ll get new ones without flaws. Dragging my Switch everywhere haven’t had a single problem ever with my joy cons not with the pro Controller. Friends had problems, got their joy cons replaced - all good now.

OT, but this is the first time I have seen someone use Sway outside of Microsoft. Is Sway popular in APL circles?

No particular insight here, but the bridges and the new roads are all part of the Chinese infrastructure initiative. Besides the new towns being built to replace old ones you also have whole road networks and bridges being built to connect

Really impressive bridge to drive over. Our bus driver (regular travel bus) stopped on the bridge so people could take pictures. Nobody could tell us why he stopped on the bridge. We figured only afterwards that it is the worlds highest bri

Serious question: If we had perfect encryption on all devices and no government would be able to listen in on anything (spoken conversation, mails, whatever) we would be pretty much back to where we were a couple of decades ago. I suppose t

Unfortunately can't check it out because I get "We are checking what's changed in this version. Won't be long..." for any test docx I upload / blank docx. Maybe server overloaded? My two cents: Congratulations

An interesting effort - but the idea of a bug bounty program for 0patching won't work, at least not paid by the companies affected. Patching 0-day issues usually is not hard in itself. Usually it is just little errors like missing ch
