Well based on the names you would think so. But in fact BCCLA fights at the federal level regularly, and is far more active than CCLA. BCCLA is way more effective and aggressive in pushing for meaningful change in Canada.

Seems like a nice approach, I used to try things like this with postgres (embedding sklearn). Though it can be slow, harder to deal with memory usage issues, harder to debug in general, harder to extend/generalise. And for me postgres

Well causal inference is considered distinct from statistical inference, and accounts for part of the gap here. (Not sure I would call that "qualitative" though.)

I migrated my LAMP stack app to postgres+postgis in 2005, and met with Refractions folks in Victoria for advice, I have nothing but glowing reviews and its only gotten better since. Now I need something like that but in N dimensions...
