I'm not an expert in North Sea Oil, but I expect Norway is still an net oil exporter. (I don't know whether they count as West European according to your definition.)

The UK is a net oil importer now, so I don't think so.

Can you justify your title based on the article? Robert interviewed 27 psychoanalysts, three of whom later sued her, claiming they were misrepresented in the film.

Suppose the other browser engines somehow died out leaving WebKit as the only browser engine, and then WebKit was forked: we would be back to having multiple browser engines.

This, incidentally, is the reason why gay men never stop having sex... Except that gay men do stop having sex for long enough to have careers as thespians, musicians, software executives, etc ad nauseum. This undermines the whole point

It sounds to me like lots of Dropbox customers opened a single Adwords account each to run Dropbox ads, and Google mistakenly concluded that they were all the same person.

The article is from 2009. The graph shows online ad rates halving over 2008. How much of that is a long term trend, and how much of that is because of the recession? (Though this doesn't detract from the rest of the article, which covers al

Then why did the government posthumously apologise to Turing, describing his treatment as "horrifying" and "utterly unfair"?

It is possible to upvote people's comments on HN. Comments are sorted according to upvotes, downvotes, and time since posting. And flags too, maybe, I suppose. Perhaps you do not have enough karma to upvote comments yet?

"HEY. Hey you. Studies show if you don't read NevBlog.com everyday, you might die." That probably sounded really cool in the blogger's head, but to me he just comes over as an arsehole.

I expect most people don't know how to wipe and reinstall. They may not even know it's possible. Information on what to do if your PC is infected would be useful to have on this website, no? Some ISPs (e.g. BT I think) already redirect you
