You're going to have to wait a while before Mazda releases a real EV. I think the MX-30 (their only BEV) is probably underrated as a very short range city car (I dunno why it's so reviled and the BMW i3 is a cult classic, and I&#x

It's absolutely horrific. It has resulted in me not looking at my notifications ever again, and people have to ping me on Slack to get a review. I also don't understand why I get notifications about PRs that I myself closed or mer

> IME Apple has always been the most honest when it makes performance claims. I guess you weren't around during the PowerPC days... Because that's a laughable statement.

I don't get this move whatsoever, but if I were to be forced to play Devil's advocate, I'd point to the fact that the Supercharger network is merely the only game in town in the US, and globally, it will become a bit of a far

There are more. In the US, there's Tesla Electric for home charging at a fixed rate. Then there is the Supercharger membership for non-Tesla owners for a reduced rate per kWh.

Someone should tell Volvo Trucks that the time is not right because they delivered ~2000 electric trucks last year worldwide.

Tesla don't even dare show the Model 3 numbers. I suspect they are very, very low in comparison to the Model Y, looking at official sales numbers tracked in other countries. If I were a Tesla stockholder I would be very disappointed in

Maybe some parts of Europe. Not clear to me which. In Scandinavia (forefront of EV adoption), BYD isn't doing super hot yet. Probably best in Norway. They only sold 15k in Europe total during 2023[1]. 3.5k of those were a very attracti

Maybe it's some deep-seated Volvo 245 childhood conditioning, but I'm loving that form factor. I realize developing a new car model takes time, but 2026 is still a bummer. A lot can happen in 2 years.
