IIRC, the TCL interpreter is included in the python one. The baby analogy is pretty apt, just backwards.

For me, Beowulf really took the wind out of the sails of the epic hero archetype. Ignorance can be bliss.

Sorry, I wasn't speaking in absolutes. I'm not a pollster or statistician, so I was relaying my anecdote. I think your comment's sibling, and one of mine, elucidate why I have that anecdote.

Maybe not British, but it is very much a Japanese tendecy, ime. If I see a good anime/comic, I try to appreciate what I saw and expect no resolution. I'm curious how often they even have resolution in the outline.

Our governments have moved to democratic republics, for the most part, but our workplaces are still generally heirarchies and feudalism. I see what he is saying. I see what your point is though, I think. Even in heirarchies, we are suppo

Have you ever seen the movie gattacca? What are your thoughts on the moral behind it, if you don't mind my asking?

I know the conversation is around University... but tedium seemed to be a hallmark, maybe the keystone, of the public schools I attended.

Quakers have been trying to implement a form of this on religious grounds. At a used bookstore, I found a book(1) about Marian Franz that illuminated the history behind their attempts. Weirdly enough, there was a personal dedication in the

Thanks for making these posts, open sourcing spitfire, and supporting multiple browsers. This is really interesting. I am very eager for browsers to improve their real-time audio/video potential.

Ya that's what I thought too, but I heard a few people say gracchiae and just followed the leader, wondering why the name turned feminine. You think gracchiae could be referring to the whole lineage or something?

On the other side of the coin, the machinations to divide and defeat the interests of the plebeians were horribly fascinating. Beware the promises of a Drusus. In my mind, the failures of the gracchiae seem to echo for hundreds of years un
