i think domains are being claimed free because of high traffic. i like leandomainsearch. but when i was looking for my domain i ended up using bustaname(synonym search), leandomainsearch(prefixes, suffixes), domainr(country tlds and hacks)

thanks for replying. currently checking is done on the fly to minimize the waiting time to see an available domain. Since, the results are ranked with good ones on the top, it helps in early engagement as checking all will be slower. I do p

thanks! Will look into OWL. There is something for 20 keywords as well - http://www.namemesh.com/company-name-generator . It's mainly for mixing words, phonetics and simple permutations. Please do let me know if it works for you. I created
