I wonder what this says about the companies that keep these privacy-friendly alternatives hidden from developers, in favor of custom code that tracks every page load, whether the visitor wants to share something or not.

Yes, but downplaying the fact that it’s new and that there’s a lot of unknown unknowns about it and its effects mid/long term is dangerous. Not all viruses are the same, and it takes time to observe and study them. This is IMO the othe

I don't think inflation is a good indicator of the kind of stability needed here. What I believe matters the most is the the political stability of the EU as a project, and the eurozone as a community. Over the past 15 years, we'v

Article is missing the point. Growth is not the hardest problem in a fast-growing market. The real question is whether they're growing faster than their competitors, and that's unlikely.

Funny that "Verlan" is itself the verlan slang for "à l'envers", which means reversed.

Not that I dislike the idea of a web of documents, but I find it ironic that the page (application?) it’s being debated on would not be possible without some of the capabilities the author is suggesting to restrict.

The term definitely means something. But it’s only useful when axioms and constrains have been established and verified. To be honest, my biggest issue with it is that often those who use it don’t realize that the burden of proof falls on t

In my understanding, performance is based on the value of a measure improving in one way or another. Efficiency is relative to the amount of resources required to achieve a similar result. To use the car example above, a car that can do 100
