not a tax expert so won't touch 1 or 3 but as for #2 the answer is that there is no limit. Incorporating really just offers you protection. From a tax perspective filing as an LLC is no different that filing as a non-incorporated business.

Couldn't agree more. Stated this in a previous comment but I would much rather a salary taking (and potentially equity holding) first employee than a co-founder just for the sake of having a co-founder.
