It really doesn't. Mobile App starts in under a second and i can't remember the WebApp ever taking long enough to load, for me to notice.

Usually you are not employed to help out everyone, everywhere in a team. Maybe such a position should exist in any large company, but, yeah, I don't think it does...

There is probably a lot of stuff you don't know, that would be quite helpful for you. Are you a whiny, spoiled brat, now that you don't know all of it? No, sometimes you need to know something to see it's value.

The shorts section on mobile is kinda inbetween all other videos. If you don't pay attention you can end up on one quite easily... And then it's back to doom scrolling
