I think of it more as being a de-emphasis on grades versus sports in school, how people will make fun of you for using a wide vocabulary with multi-syllabic words, that being smart or well educated is much less important than looks, being g

Hopefully never. The embedded Quicktime player never seems to gobble up CPU like Flash players often do. And I'll be that a high % of their traffic has Quicktime installed.

Oh, I agree with you 100%. For 99% of the people out there, it makes far more sense to have someone else handle all that for you. You just have to accept there may be downtime that beyond your control. I was merely answering lsb's question

I'm actually working on a project involving large numbers of unique codes. While we're actually going with the random system and a web service to do lookups for the end point system, that approach can introduce a lot of cost and risk. Perh

I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, and a cup of tea is about the limit of my caffeine intake. My brain is very precious to me, and if I do anything that might damage it, there's no way to fix it, or get a new one, so I try to stay away from an

Well, I grew up in Vermont, so I may be crazy, but I have a garage, good boots, and a love for snowboarding, walking in the snow, fireplaces, hot tea, and all that. I don't have to dig my car out of the snow, I don't slip on the ice, and I

I don't know much about Chinese Restaurants, but I do know a good bit about nightclubs, and virtually all of them (in major cities at least) launder organized crime money as a primary business.
