I don't think they're reusing any of the CAD. Just the design concept. All of the parts are different.

Thank you for resisting the heart rate monitor. I'm so happy to have a thin option with no protruding sensors.

They're announcing now so that you can switch your preorder if you want. I got my Pebble 2 Duo a while ago and have been wearing it ever since.

Android (at least on Pixel) recently added a notification spam detection system, under the name "Notification Organizer". Unfortunately they don't let you block the spam, only deprioritize it. So it won't make noise, but

I'm not advocating cage matches here. Just that the objective of any military action should be capturing or killing opposing leaders as efficiently as possible rather than any other objective.

I am in favor of leaders fighting each other directly instead of sending millions of their citizens to die in their stead. I can only hope there's a plan for what happens in Venezuela now. But I'm certain that as long as it isn&#x

I still consider the original Pebble Time Round to be the best smartwatch ever made, even 10 years on. Until now. This is everything I ever wanted in a watch. I can't wait to get mine! I may have to spend some time doing remakes of my

Hmm, actually now that I look closer at the Japan requirements, it doesn't seem to allow replacing the web view systemwide, as I thought, and as Android allows. And neither do the EU requirements. They only allow individual apps to emb

"Tesla got some subsidies" does not refute my argument. All carmakers get subsidies. BYD gets tons! And Tesla is selling plenty of cars in places without import barriers protecting them including China itself .

Does the EU also require third party engines to be able to replace the web view in apps systemwide? Or does it only require that single standalone browser apps can use alternative engines?

Apple is going to (mostly) obey the letter of the law but they will continue to resist strongly in every way they can. Onerous requirements, arbitrary restrictions, overzealous enforcement, and most of all bad APIs with limited capabilities

It's really a shame that comment scores are hidden forever. Would the admins consider publishing them after stories are old enough that voting is closed? It would be great to have them for archives and search indices and projects like
