FWIW, Landing a fish is not the same as hooking it. Landing a fish literally means pulling it to land (or boat). So landing=catching=scoring. Depending on the type of fishing, you can still be an underdog to land the fish after hooking it.

He's a prolific poster and as close as you can get to "celebrity" status on this website. I have no idea why the poster above you is choosing to attack him specifically, though.

FWIW I have made many friends in Destiny 2 and I have plans to meet some of them in person. Many games do not foster this, but I think destiny does.

I find that interesting. I often talk on my airpods while driving, and have done so in both of my cars. One has incredibly loud road noise (like I think there is a problem), and the other has no A/C and I live in the south--so, windows

In a casino cardroom I once forgot to pick up my phone while I walked to a self-serve coffee station at least 30 yards away (with no walls in-between). There was no disruption in the audio. In fact it didn't occur to me until I got bac

I agree it makes sense, but I think your example is ridiculous. In my (rural) area, DSL internet is the only decent option, and I pay about $72/month for it. It's acceptable, streams netflix okay, but I could never be competitive
