My 78-year-old father, who doesn't even drink or smoke, gets Norcos for his back. He's a pool player and he just uses them when he plays long enough to trigger his back pain; on a normal day at the house, he won't use any. Th

A lot of smart devices create their own local wireless network for setup, and manage the process of switching between them. Pretty valid use case IMO.

The idea that we should use react to do a form input suggestion... To avoid spaghetti code? I can't make that logical jump. If you can't keep that tiny bit of code organized, why do you want to pile on the entirety of react and wh

I bought and sold a lot, and I've never had a bad experience as a buyer. About 10% of selling experiences were bad, whether because of scams or just shady or entitled buyers. Lastly, though I generally did my best, a few things that ga

If you scroll a little too far at the end, it'll lock you out and prompt you to login. Basically as soon as the first "recommended" tweet is displayed mid-screen. The way I scroll as I read, I often have to go back and reload

I did the same! And now every time I go to use the thing I have to look up how to read it again. I don't do highly accurate work very often, obviously. I don't like buying non-rechargeable batteries, though, so cell batteries are

I buy a lot of those little timers for my business. They get pretty heavy use, maybe running timers for about 6 hours per day. They don't last anywhere near decades for us. Anyway, my insight is simply that some of them turn off the LC

No, since nearly everyone uses 3rd-party apps to do that. Destiny Item Manager or Ishtar Commander. I use the official app to get my bounties, that's it.

I like those same types of things when I bake bread. You might give that a shot, if you haven't, and two of those activities sounds better than one. Bread aroma vs coffee aroma...maybe up for debate, but I'll take the bread.
