People with excellent health care insurance are often over treated. People with no insurance or high deductible insurance are under treated. There's also an ethic of pushing through colds and flus and not going to the doctor for them

This is flat wrong. The Emancipation Proclamation was drafted in late 1862, the second year of the war when things were very much in doubt. Lincoln issued it in the wake of the major battle at Antietam, which was a brutal "tie"

Yes! I live 90 minutes from Washington DC and have no land-based Internet access. Our community of 59,000 has probably just 65% true broadband coverage, from one cable provider. The FCC maps are a lie, they show my home and my neighbors

Please do some more research on this topic before making policy demands that are already current law. Pension obligations are what took the company down-- they were behind on paying into the pension fund.
