I don't mean to be a dick, but the default bootstrap look is not making it easier to take this as a serious project. But I like how this is not a giant project to waste electricity breaking useless hashes.

Deploying OCR in an emergency seems like an insane thing to do, to me. Especially if you CAN just hire a 100 people to do it.

It seems really weird to me that apple would get away with paying nothing for the 3 months. Especially since it's not like they are anything but yet another competitor in an already crowded space.

You could be a night's watchman at an Amazon warehouse, and write stuff for Barnes and Noble, I don't think anybody would care.

Actually, that sounds terrible. I already am sometimes annoyed when I try to first use a variable, and then go back and decide where should I declare it - visual studio doesn't like that - literally not being able to go through a broke

Some languages provide you with a mechanism to deal with that (c#s properties), and many others allow you to get a similar result with function overloading. So you don't have getX() and setX(), you have X(), and X(int x)

well, early residential connections were paid per minute, so I don't see how that was any better. There's nothing wrong with rate-per-byte, because some of the costs actually are per-byte.

Yes. We use Visual Studio at school, and I can get it for free from their website. But looking at how much do the premium versions cost, I try not to get used to any of the features too much.

Humans have difficulties, but they manage it decently, driving slower, and more carefully. And the car apparently is unsafe to use in such conditions.

I got 6700 on my third try, and I'm not great at such games. I think there's a lot of randomness to how far you'll get.

Awesome service! I don't really like the "scam" label, those are often just expensive versions, not always scams.
