Thanks for the feedback. I agree Jekyll's awesome. At the moment Cloud Cannon works with the output of a Jekyll site (Since it's just normal HTML, CSS and Js) but that's as far as the integration goes. I can see the power of

I think the trend is driven by testing and user analytics. If a cluttered design with lots of animated gifs converted best you would probably see a trend in that direction.

I'd say most of the time the higher level the language the easier it would be to debug. For example, I can open a file, write to it and close it in three lines of ruby. Doing this properly in C would take at least 8 lines. Less code is one

I like the idea of a minimalist, stripped back version of Google Reader, however, I think you'll struggle to get $20/year out of people with the amount of quality RSS readers you can get for free. Find an audience before you start building

I know a few companies where having a master's degree would count against you over a graduate. It really depends on the job but I'd say it most situations 1/2 years experience is better than a masters degree.

I like the idea although it definitely needs a bit more work. I used the nudge a few times out of curiosity a got a question that I wasn't interested in answering but there was no way of exiting the dialog. I think a bit more instruction on

If you have that many tasks you probably want to use something like Fogbugz. What I like about Trello is it forces you to keep you task lists relatively short (The way I think it should be).

The key is to understand your users. If you're making a CRM aimed at businesses, they will already get the concept of a CRM so you just need to convey how yours is better. If you're making a ground breaking piece of software in a new field
