IMO you are too caught up on the religious part of the teaching [ maybe rightfully so ] and less on the actual message. The reason why this is so important is because of the preservation of the family. It is undeniable that a two parent hea

Why not deploy cloudflare-os on proxmox?

by mlrtime 2mo ago
Another request for Home lab geeks: A Proxmox installer script. I tried going through the wizard to install, it would be nice if there was a proxmox container or vm to spin up quickly and test rather than npm or cloudflare account (which re

A tax cut or PILOT vs vacant land in a small city with a shrinking tax base is still net positive tax increase. If the options are 0 or 50% off some tax rate table, the 50% is still better than nothing.

It's for the people if they are stuck with a negative tax base and no way out. You either expand tax base or shrink it. A DC [can be] a good stop gap as it increases tax base for the city while not requiring additional services that co

Yeah, not sure why people are downvoting you. I suspect because most people run wifi cameras and don't see the reason to run a ethernet cable. If you are halfway serious about your home security, you should use ethernet. It's triv

Let me give you a scenario and see if it is in this same fireable offense line: An Ops person who deals with company code base but is not a SWE in the code base regularly has to work around issues with this software (They are OPs). However

The absurdity [as I see it] is that people like you think you know what is or isn't other peoples problem. You only get to say that when you live on an island.
74.
by mlrtime 2mo ago
The people that think like this are the ones that want to pick and choose what is not other peoples problems. It doesn't work or scale in a society. If everyone gets to arbitrarily choose what is 'not your problem', the every

The B58 engine + ZF8 is probably one of the best engine/transmission combos BMW ever built. And arguably one of the best combos on the road today. Very reliable, efficient and fast. It's all the other things that break.
