Even the most ardent Rust supports aren't going to say C++ will disappear. Name the last green field Cobol development however.

I've observed the complete opposite. The people pushing for Rust are people who are highly experienced software engineers who have gone through a career of hardship because of memory unsafe languages and understand the tradeoffs. The &

As well as the guy who just commented that they should use Zig instead as it's a "1-to-1 alternative to C" despite the fact that fish was written in C++.

Except Canadian oil is in fact generally cheaper than Texas oil. There's a price differential there because it's difficult to ship oil out of Canada. Similarly there aren't enough export ports for US oil so US oil prices are

Note I said "after". And you'd have to leave it at 280 degrees for quite some time to get the temporary effects. Some good ventilation and taking the pan off the fire will end the effects. If I'm remembering the statisti

Overheating a Teflon pan is pretty difficult to do, and even then it's not like it suddenly exposes your body to dangerous chemicals if you continue to use the pan after it's been overheated once.

Recycling of lithium ion batteries is not a major issue. There just hasn't been sufficient volume to justify a recycling business until very recently. Now there are numerous lithium ion battery recycling companies making hefty profits

Teflon is not a dangerous PFAS. That's why it's downvoted. Also no, Teflon cannot stay in your body. It's not available for biouptake. The non-reactivity of Teflon is it's entire point. This is why Teflon coated pans are

New syntax is pretty easy to pick up. It's just window dressing. What you're actually seeing is a trap a lot of programmers fall into where if something is unfamiliar then it's treated as if it's incorrect.
