At the Apollo program's peak the US was also putting more than 4% of the total US budget toward the program. If the EU put more than 4% of it's total budget toward ESA I'm sure they could do something similar. But that's

There’s no regulatory capture here. SpaceX hasn’t been around long enough to do so in the first place. Also regulatory capture is defined as putting in place regulations that you can handle but create undue burdens on competitors to prevent

It later became that but when MCT was first mentioned it was left up to the fan community to interpret what the acronym meant. Note also there was no images at that time, just a couple of fan artist conceptions on an imagined SpaceX made ma

I've been following it since even before that point when it was still called the "MCT", but without any explanation of what the acronym meant. A long time coming. This is the beginning of a new era in space exploration.

When people make mistakes under him, he never names them and instead takes ownership of their mistakes. Naming and firing them would be in fact a bad sign and a sign of a bad leader.

At least for my case, turning on my receiver doesn't turn my TV on, though turning my TV off turns the receiver off, in such cases I just turn the receiver back on again, or never turn the TV on in the first place.

I'd note that only high end TVs actually have that functionality, and only if it's relatively new. Though it's especially true for an OLED TV, where a black pixel is a pixel drawing no power at all.

BTW, if you happen to have an OLED device, when you display a black image on your display, other than the electronics that run to render the image, it's equivalent to actually having the screen functionally off. Unlike an LCD display w

Curious question I have. What makes you think FSD is a “dangerous scam”? It’s quite functional even if it doesn’t quite meet the advertising yet. Maybe slightly dangerous for now yes, but hardly a scam.
