Its really not that easy to build teams in dramatically different geographic locations. Ignoring all the legal waters you have to navigate you typically slow down output while your management complexity explodes. Not saying it can't be

Their suggestion algorithms are possibly the worst my wife and I have ever experienced. I don't know how people can use it unless they like top40 getting jammed into anything and everything. If thats your thing then its probably great.

Its a bit naive to believe decision makers are tech-illiterate. Why not consider that they are both literate and understand what they are asking for? Is it because we don't like what that means?
