Whoa, I didn't know there were 500,000 apps in the app store. I would posit that there aren't even that many potentially different apps that are possible, even considering monkeys on typewriters with an infinite amount of time.

I just use the 0 and 1 keys and have my IDE convert to corresponding character every 8 keypresses. This way I don't have to move my fingers around at all and only need two fingers. It's a minor speedup and lets most of your fingers rest all

Although how to handle mailto: links is a browser setting, of course, you could have detected her IP and redirected her to GMail. That's probably why she was furious with you.

Notepad. It's a simple, feature-rich, light-weight editor. The learning curve is long and steep though, but well worth it. I've been using if for 3 years now and still don't know all it's bells and whistles. Best of all it comes preinstalle

And the $12m is just for the initial planning stage, no actual implementation, so the final cost will be much higher. But you get to amortize it over ~35 years.

I advocate over-regulation. It's not very hard: figure out the exact set of regulation you want, x, and then advocate x&y, where y is not the null set. Since the likelihood of x&y is logically less that of x alone you stand a better
