OK, to be explicit: React ecosystem vs Angular. The difference between to two is how to separate the concerns - inside on large package or into an ecosystem. I work primarily in Django. I could have given the same comparison of Django vs Fl

Looking at the jobs listing on the site the engineering jobs all list SF and/or Jersey City. There isn't any indication anywhere I can find that remote is an option.I'm interested, but not willing to relocate. Thanks

Legislators don't (and shouldn't imho) get into the specifics of how an industry should abide by the laws they make. That makes the law flexible for the future. In the US, at least, if you were brought up on charges of violation,

Yeah, I was going to give fair notice. That all sounds reasonable, and pretty much the same as walking into his office. Something about the remote aspect of it felt off though.

I personally think that is unethical, along with being impractical in this instance.

I am in the process of interviewing for Engineering Manager/VP/CTO type roles. This will require a new skill set of me beyond the tech lead work that I have been doing. This article neatly sums up a good answer to my internal ques

You will get more interest if you add a link or email. Lyric is pretty generic to search for. Also are you open to remote candidates?

Which of the positions allow for remote? In particular are you open to a remote Director of Engineering?

I disagree. Looking at the Who Is Hiring threads, most of the (minimal, sure) comments are either questions about the position or company, with some commenting poorly on the company.

Somewhat related - I've always wished that HN allowed comments on the Jobs posts (not who is hiring, which is a normal thread, but the YC backed company posts). I think there are a number of people in the community who have had interac

Location? Onsite or Remote? Also, your website lists no current openings. Is this back channel recruiting or just keeping the queue full for when you actually want to hire?

On the topic of the owlet - My twins were in the NICU for 4 and 7 weeks respectively. The nurses there spend the bulk of non-feeding time checking on and (almost always) turning off heart/respiration/pulse ox alerts. The alarms ar
