We cancelled our cable in 2007 and have never been happier. For example, Wikipedia states current shows are between 18-22 minutes long with 12-8 minutes of advertising. So for the worst offenders (looking at you TruTv), you're getting awful

Sorry to stay a bit off-topic, but if you haven't watched Penn and Teller's Bullshit show - they bust these type of "predictions" all the time. And usually, it's pretty funny. Although they probably don't think of each other as "hackers," t

They pretty much nail the "fun" category, but the repeated shots they take at compatibility (and iWork) seem pretty dishonest to me, considering, you know, Office for Mac has been around 25 years? And the Top 10 list made me laugh aloud:

Knowing how hot geo is and googling around for a few minutes, would it be logical to conclude that FB adding geolocation features is both likely and major risk to your venture? And not familiar with Facebook's TOS, so maybe this isn't even

I would echo the comment on performance with your app and Bespin. I mainly use TextMate and Xcode and they both still have incredibly annoying delays when syntax-coloring largish docs - and that's running native Obj-C/C on a 2.8GHz C2D desk
