I imagine it would be frustrating for companies which have actual real revenue and growth as opposed to ones that have grown 800% from 1 to 8 users in 3 months.

The name of your app is not ideal. Googling it seems to produce lots of irrelevant results. Otherwise well done on getting featured!

Wow they are doing an amazing job. I feel like Dreamforge is launching a bit too early. Every design looks very generic at the moment.

I can see your point but I noticed a problem with this (at least with my friends circle). The problem is that I find my friends (and girlfriend) will often come up with the wrong answer and use it as fact from that point on. Unless I make a

I've got the complete opposite experience. I use it so rarely that keeping it charged has become a hassle. Why? Simply because I work from home and my laptop is right there. It does everything quicker and better the iPad does (for me at lea

I think its solid advice on a bunch of things you can do to feel energetic and alert every day. I'm not sure I would have used the word "happy" but the advice is good. I follow similar routines and I found myself feeling fantastic. Occasion

My parents live in a really shitty neighbourhood in Melbourne Australia (40 kms from downtown). I sold my car $50k car and bought a $2000 Corolla that would stall if it was too cold in the morning. Believe me it wasn't easy :).

Does it matter? Just go out there and create a company, be successful etc. Need money? Go work and save it. I moved back to my parents house and saved all my money so I could bootstrap my startup for over a year. It was tough (especially o

Well done guys. It's always good to hear stories from fellow Aussies. I get saddened every time I hear another startup moving to Silicon Valley from Australia. It is such a shame and I'm not looking forward to moving back there after living

Pretty sure it was revealed recently that Apple approached Samsung and gave them the opportunity to license a bunch of stuff. That is pretty rare, Samsung refused and Apple sued.

Given their resources, they could try creating non-shit games. Why not try and create an awesome console/PC title? I just don't get why they insist on making the same uninspired games over and over again. They had a good run, it's not worki

I liked the idea of OnLive. In fact since I've been travelling a lot over the past year I wanted to play some games that I couldn't (because my laptop sucks). The problem I found is that it is just too expensive to play the games I wanted.

First thing I'll say is that I really don't like the idea of using Flash, HTML5 etc any web technology for making games. However I see the need for it. I'd like to get more information though how your game engine makes it easier to create f

wow..sorry but that is completely incorrect. Melbourne has amazing coffee. I've been in Canada for over a year now (travelling to the US every now and then) and the general level of coffee here is truly awful (starbucks, tim hortons etc). T

I'm not sure I get this one. Why would you not want something delivered to your house? Isn't that what the post office does if you aren't there to accept the package?

That looks like a pretty cool looking app. I really like the design of your web site & app. You say you're not focusing on 'boring PowerPoint presentations', it seems that most of your examples are more like photo slideshows. It might h

I think this is a great idea and will take off. We're launching a game in the next couple of days (with MOAI). Once its available we'll add it in for sure.

I noticed this implemented pretty well on the cloud OnLive gaming service. I am curious to know how they are recording the actions though. Is it capturing the frame buffer directly with OpenGL? There'll be a bit of a performance penalty ass

I'd find this difficult to tolerate at work. I can't imagine anybody addressing me with one of these. Not only that I am certain no work place I have worked at would ever buy something like this. And they're all happy to spend thousands of

If there is anything I've learnt by releasing many "unsuccessful" apps is that "release and wait to get rich" strategy does NOT work. This time round we are spending A LOT of time networking/promoting/pestering reviews etc etc.

How does this differ to something like Airdroid (www.airdroid.com)? It's not really clear to me and I can't run it at the moment. Airdroid is almost perfect and the screenshots on the Play Store don't show your app in a good light.

I remember watching Shark Tank a while ago and one of the pitches was perfect fitting jeans. The idea seems quite similar (but for jeans). The investors didn't really think it was viable due to the turn-around time (if I remember correctly)
