I don’t understand the negativity in may comments, professionals use photoshop or some other tool anyway (if they can afford it), Gimp was always a free, mostly useful alternative for amateurs like me and I am grateful to the contributors.

Maybe in the US you don‘t need to mandatory register a phone number with a valid id, in most of the world you have to. If anyone can require the phone company to reveal your identity, it‘s the government.

Requiring a phone number is like asking for an id. What does signal offer that whatsapp doesn‘t? Serious question. Edit: Ok, ok, I was wrong, signal does have advantages over whatsapp.

Can someone please clarify? Deep down I hope that "home screen apps" means something else than the recently added support for PWAs... Does this mean PWAs will not work anymore on iOS?

I believe that there are still a lot of interesting, non-commercial websites out there. I just can‘t find them anymore. SEO dominates literally every search I try. I also tried Bing, DuckDuckGo, you.com and many more - same result. I think

So as long as it‘s just a few thousand civilians being killed, and someone calls that genocide, it‘s ok to censor that? That‘s a pretty cynic view.

Hmm it won‘t start on a High Sierra iMac after the update. It did before, happened to play it just 3 hours ago :) Guess they didn’t do a lot of testing on 10+ year old hardware, CRT or not.

I just got an Apple TV and got crazy with the unintentional swipes and touches. Then I discovered you can turn that off, to click-only. It‘s much better now, maybe that helps you too.
