For audio there's the known latency problem, but photography(the more popular category), android recently released new camera API's . won't they solve that issue?

Sure , cited doesn't mean verified, you need to read more deeply than that. But if a paper from a reputable source says - "We replicated X", or "X was replicated in Y" , those are useful data points with regard to a

Can we determine ,by looking at papers if a research is replicated ? Can Google determine that ? If so , adding a Google Scholar search filter for replicated, proven research could be useful, and might even make verified works more citable,

There's proof that this solution works : Something similar was done for a large percent of housing in Israel , in the 50-80's. Israel was a newly formed state, with massive immigration coming with pretty large economic challenges.

So basically to get 93%(in average) of the value of machine learning, you can use bigml's extremely easy interface[1], even without writing code ? [1] http://blog.bigml.com/2013/07/01/you-dont-need-courser

Let's be more realistic here. In any weather condition - this thing will live and die on reliability. To get to the needed reliability(say 10x better than humans, i.e one accident per 2.5 million miles you need to drive at least 25 mil
