Ah so here we have a situation where VC and founder are not on the same page. What my grandparent said is valid from the VC's perspective. What you said is valid from the founder's perspective. I think it is important as a founder

I'd like to add an example here. Forty five billion dollars may be cool but for me in my current situation, I'd say a million dollars (dare I say even before taxes?) would drastically change my situation. Also, we have to remember

Can you give me a proper citation on AOL spending the most money on net neutrality? Best I could find was most money spent on lobbyists but there is more to net neutrality than directly lobbying Congress, yeah? I'd say this report htt

I'd go to bed at 7 AM and wake up at 1 PM. A regular nine to five job would be 3 PM to 11 PM. I, personally, have pretty much no social life so it wouldn't affect me that much if we had to work nine hundred hours to seventeen hund

It means Nepal Time is designed to be as true to the natural time as possible for Kathmandu, the capital city. It'd be a little ridiculous to say Nepal Time is UTC + 5:41:46 though. Not much more ridiculous than what we have now but st

(Just a customer, not affiliated to SRT) We are starting to get fiber to the premises in Minot, North Dakota. It is not a blanket deployment as far as I know but it is happening... albeit slowly. I believe there is a lighted line from here

If they wrote $5.55, they deserve the full credit. I do arithmetic admittedly weirdly in my head. I can't do arithmetic very quickly. When faced with $20 - $14.45, I round up the $14.45 to $15 and subtract from $20. I have $5. Now, I t

I'd go as far as to say that a zero debt situation is worrisome. It'd mean that we don't have anything (such as infrastructure) that we'd like to spend money on... It'd mean that the situation is bleak for everyone.

Not quite a work freeze. There is a subtle difference in that only the most critical code fixes will go in, we'd just document everything else and come up with solutions for the rest. So this isn't exactly a 100% code freeze. Ther
