100% safety is pretty difficult, but take a look at the tool described here starting at slide 60, http://talks.desp.in/fronteers2014 It's fairly easy to roll your own version of this and do analysis.

My brother did something similar a number of years ago. http://whaleycopter.blogspot.com/2007/09/project-jteg-compre... It's interesting to see the same ideas pop-up over and over again. (Note the patent-pend

In some browsers, removing the ability to zoom removes the 300ms delay that the click event has before it fires. You can use 'touchend,' but in certain cases this causes another set of bugs because the click event follows anyway. To fix thi

Some of my wife's projects have been featured on Cable TV shows and in large national magazines (Food and Wine, Brides magazine, Martha Stewart). The amount of traffic she got from these was minuscule in comparison to popular online sources

You can get a lot of this by using Chrome's Users feature. This allows you to switch between user accounts and have clean, extensionless sessions.

The presentation doesn't bother me much, but the argument doesn't make much sense. > Asking web designers, bloggers, and non-techies to create multiple versions of their images in order to appease every Android, iOS device and desktop b

It's a great idea and I hope the term "publishers" isn't limited to businesses. I always wanted a little service like this I could ask questions to: "I parked my car at the corner of Housten and Orchard, can someone confirm I don't have any

Wouldn't it make sense to give each sentence it's own line, and use double linefeeds to demarcate paragraphs? It would make diffs much easier to read.

I agree. Maybe send me an email in the morning that asks me a few questions and let me reply with my answers or something. Or make a "homepage" view that I can set to my new tab screen. Each time I open a new tab I can one and only one ques

I like to keep a todo list with time estimates next to each item. In the morning, pick one you'll have plenty of time to finish. Work on it, commit it and go off to work. It's a long game, but it works.

There aren't any docs yet according to the article, but this is almost definitely an un-standardized meta tag or something. For mobile devs, it removes some (boilerplate) code and standardizes the user experience, which is good. My only hop

I've always wondered if it were preferable to have some more formal legal language to remove ambiguities. Would writing laws or parts of laws as 'programs' help cut out loop holes in say, tax law?

The remote debugging is long past due. If google wants to push the mobile web and Android they need to step it up. Their browser is awful compared to the iphone's and the tooling isn't there. It's a place Android could really excel and, as

Not really if you're considering billable rates. A senior designer or a junior engineer could easily bill for $200. And remember, its an average. Get a principal or an architect in the room and you've got some people who might bill at, I do
