Can a computer reliably differentiate between humans and apes? I have read Google struggled with that and rather than fixing it removed the feature. How true that is I do not know but I've read it more than once over the years.

I at least didn't think things would actually get worse. Perhaps they didn't and I am just surveying things from a different vantage point. The state and direction of things looks grim but change begins with me and I will continue

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't a prototype iPhone get found at bar or restaurant at least once before? This seems reasonable of Apple as I would think many elements of its design would be of interest to potential competitors,

I get the same puzzled bemusement here in Idaho. Originally from the Oregon Coast I now relish a good rain and love a long walk through it.

The feed could be somewhat overlooked, at least for the time being, if hashtags and searching were properly implemented. If no interesting conversations appear in my feed then there's no way for me to spend more time on Threads. Open,

I've used my fair share of dyes since my blue haired teenage years and I'm curious as they mention non-professional applications of dye in terms of risk. Does this mean the risk is elevated during the application phase and not th

I fell in love with Lenovo and HP SFF/'tiny pcs' a couple years ago. It can be tricky to find ample display outs in a preferred hardware configuration but otherwise they've been cheap, quiet, reliable and efficient. I re

This is interesting. Reminds me of how every now and then I try and find information on old chats I remember, particularly those that used software called iChat. Yahoo! Chat used it for a time as did the Metallica.com chatroom, it was some

Yeah it's just a big database in what 4-5 files? My first computer was a Win 3.11 box so I have experienced a world of app specific config files and the registry was a good alternative. In the early days it seemed to give you some trou

I tried for so long to seed Whoaverse (later Voat) with non-political and non-crackpot content. There was a brief moment where it looked like it was a competitor that could arise similar to how Rumble is doing today in the video space. It t
